Join us for a six-week financial wellness coaching series to process financial traumas and develop wellness tools to achieve the life you deserve. Grow in community with the support of an experienced financial coach and licensed therapist.
Week 1: Relationship with Money
During this week you will have the opportunity to intentionally reflect on your relationship with money. You will be guided through activities to begin the work of confronting your money scripts and/or financial traumas.
You will continue this work in your 1:1 therapy session with
our in-house licensed therapist.
Week 2: Gaining Financial Clarity
During this week you will gain financial clarity. You will learn how to track your expenses and reflect on your spending habits in a productive way. We will address any and all feelings that surface. In this session we are learning financial wellness strategies to move beyond financial shame and/or guilt.
Week 3: Establish Healthy Habits
During this week you will build a budget that works for you. You will gain the skills and confidence to create a budget that is aligned to your values and goals. We will address common budgeting pitfalls and learn how to avoid them. Additionally, you will learn how to create a financial plan to pay off debt, invest, and build toward financial independence. With guidance you will create a financial routine to promote healthy financial habits and have a level of accountability in community.
Week 4: Designing a Soft Life
During this week you will learn the skills to create a lifestyle map and design the lifestyle you want at any budget. You will learn how to adjust your budget in a way that grows with you.
You will continue this work in your 1:1 therapy session with
our in-house licensed therapist.
Week 5: Establish a Soft Life
During this week you will make adjustments to your budget and other financial wellness tools to promote financial alignment. The week's activities and prompts will cause you to dig deep and challenge you to budget for purposeful living. You will create an action plan to address the most important aspects of your soft life.
Week 6: Living a Soft Life
Engage in multiple community based activities that foster accountability and reflection. Make adjustments and finalize a financial plan that centers your boldest financial goals with the least resistance.
